          I'm kind of suspicious though, seems too easy. Fingers crossed though, will hopefully be back there on sunday to try it again. I want it to reliably start up for maybe a week straight of varied weather before I try to limp it to an exhaust shop, just in case.

            Got my "Mazdaspeed" fuel rail in the mail this morning along with a VAF adapter. Packaging took like twenty minutes to cut off, was packed up really really well.





            Went and fired up the car today to move it out of the shop, have some tape sealing it up and it started and ran as fine as it can without the exhaust hooked up. Looking more and more like I'm a retard who can't notice intake leaks haha. Vaf adapter arrived today so I can rig myself up a nice intake setup to replace the cracked accordion.

                I don't think so, I think it's just like that 'cause it looks cool.

                Anyway, went to the shop today, car fired up good. Went for a rip, was definitely an intake leak as it wasn't chugging along like a lawnmower anymore but it actually pulled hard, without an exhaust even. Very happy to see it's resolve.d

                      You and me both Ryan, this thing was driving me nuts. Embarrassed about the intake leak but too late now.

                      Was gonna be driving this tomorrow but it turns out my exhaust shop won't weld in a straight pipe for me, I'll have to get a cat if I want to go through them. This means I gotta find another shop and this one was about a stones throw from where the car is right now so I'm unhappy with that. Probably gonna be pushed back to next week as I can't make an appointment any sooner.

                        Haven't done much in the last while, trying to fabricate my own exhaust currently but I need some more practice MIG welding. Decided I didn't want to give anyone my hard earned money.

                        Picked up a new DD.

                        94 MX-3 RS with a GTX BPT swap. WIll probably roll with it till end of semester, then possibly sell or part out, the body may not be salvageable unfortunately.

                        Figured out today that I will be vinyl wrapping my car in May, once school is over for the semester. Not 100% sold on the color but I've still got time, just prepping the parts currently.

                            Body has seen better days, the frame rails aren't rotted per se' but they're squished from some sort of accident. Frame doesn't appear to be straight either. It's quite a bit of fun and has been amazingly reliable but its just very rough.

                                So, surprisingly so my plans have changed. Sold the Haltech and all related goodies last weekend and picked up a couple of vf10s and have now decided to rob the turbo stuff from the black car, make a vf10/vj20 hybrid and roll with thay. Just need to survive the rest of april(six exams in four days, yikes) and the swap will occur.
