today removed the oil pan tomorrow hope to take it to the machine shop so that they can weld the oil return line. Also installed the oil feed line it give a bit of a headache but it was all good, and then we cut some parts of the bumper to clear the way for the inter cooler pipes. We are also checking if we will need to move the battery to the trunk that thing is huge and I am 99% it interferes with the pipe that connects with the throttle body.

I did some progress today cut the bumper for fitting, not an easy job by any means, lol. Also finally installed the inter cooler I pretty much have the all the piping done just need a 2.5 to 2 reducer hose for the turbo outlet, then installed the wastegate and paint the grille black.

You can put it on the intake leading to the turbo, or you can do like a lot of people do and put it on the charge pipe heading toward the throttlebody inbetween the blow off valve and the throttlebody.

You will have boost peaks using that diagram. The boost source for the wastegate should be the closest possible of the turbo discharge.

The wastegate circuit should be alone and isolated from the rest to be the most precise possible.

You could plug your boost gauge on the unused nipple on the center top nipple of the intake manifold. Same place for MS built-in MAP sensor.

And for the MAF sensor... delete that sh*t !!! Anyways you wont need it with the Megasquirt; but you'll need two GM sensors. (Intake air temperature, coolant temperature)

that the problem when the turbo doesnt have a pressure source port it could been so much easier
                          what about this one better?

the hose from the top port of the mbc goes to the pipe that is connected to the turbo discharge

Easy on the accelerator, adjust that idle screw.

Project looking good, pretty clean install. I did not see a wideband anywhere in your parts list.
