Just picked up a 94 GT with roll up windows and dented doors. I have a clean pair of 95 LX doors with power windows and locks. How much of a pain will this be? Anybody know?

If the Escort is like the Mazda's, the connectors are already there waiting for you to plug them in. Easy swap. Check behind the front kick panels and see if they are there. If not you will need a service manual and wiring schematics I would guess -

For the power windows, plug and play completely. Put doors on and plug them in and you will be good to go. May just have to check that fuse box down by the pedals has a fuse in the slot labeld "Windows" or something like that. As my EGT did not.Proud owner of way to many!: (Click one to view)

Also make sure it has the window relay by the fuse block. Again if its like mazda, My 323 was plug and play, but needed the fuse and relay.Mazda
