      I've got a new Timing Belt/Water Pump kit for it, but was hoping to wait for some warmer weather to install it.
      Just bought it at 95k Miles, and have no ideal if it's ever been changed.

          You're welcome. According to the FSM, the engine timing belt should be inspected at 60,000 miles and replaced at 105,000 miles. So at 95,000 miles you should be safe waiting for warmer weather. In any case, the worst that will happen is that you'll be stranded but no mechanical damage will occur.
