Thrust bearings going to get more wear on a manual car and to hold high HP you need a good pressure plate. How many have you gone through in how many miles. Starting a car with the clutch pushed in probably causes some wear.
bp swapped escort lx, gtr ecu, gtr intake manifold, A code VAF, rx7 460cc injectors, ky clutch, holset hy35 turbo on 8lbs, 38mm tial wastegate, ramhorn manifold, full 3 inch ss exhaust, walbro 255 fuel pump

I have had mostly perfect results with the HD fulldisc sprunghub ACT pressureplate setup. That said, there was one pressureplate that had something wrong with it, where the springs just... gave up. I recall being most pissed at having to drop the trans, again, and finding nothing physically wrong. I sent the plate to ACT and they took a look and said sry and sent me another one which went the rest of the life of that car.
'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.
