Getting there. Hood is modded. Testing it all with the lights. Got battery located and getting rdy to make the intercooler tanks. Planning is like 3/4 of the work. Suspension is on. Waiting on a pair of spal fans to make the radiator shroud. Progress is slow but I'm in vacation for two weeks starting on the 22nd. So you know what's up.

Sub optimal design but man...I thought it was gonna be way easier than this to make. This is roughly what I have so far.

I made 3/4 of that intercooler and then quit. I'm gonna remake it with thicker gauge aluminum. I kept blowing holes in corners and I hated the welds. I don't even want to show them, That's how bad they were and sometimes I still show crappy ones so you can imagine. So now I decided to pay attention to other things while I vent my frustrations. Guess what I'm making!


Took all day to shape and it's still not perfect but that's all I can do with caveman tools.

im running a 4" spal fan on my scooter (custom watercooled system) I swear that thing moves as much air as some of the midrange ebay fan's i've seen.
