    speed wobbles

At about 50 my 2wd non turbo starts to wobble and around 60-65 it goes away. Thought it was tires so I replaced those, no luck. There is no noise so I'm not thinking wheel bearings. Any ideas?

Are you sure the balance is good..thgat is what is sounds like...Bent wheel, bad lower ball joints, tie rod ends inner and outer...bad strut or struts ..did you physically check the wheel bearings?? You are now in cross this off the list mode until you find the culprit. How many miles on the car and has anything been done to it?

I just replaced tires and wheels, but other than that looks stock. I haven't checked the wheel bearings yet. I took it to schwab they told me the underside looks really good actually, but I'll get under it soon was hoping for a list of things to check. The car is at roughly 200,000 on frame , I was told 40,000 on rebuild but it has a bad valve cover gasket so I'm thinking closer to 70,000 or 80,000

Everything azgtx said, plus i have had cheap replacement CV axles cause a vibration/wobble at certain speeds.

Is it at steady state driving, under acceleration or turning? All makes a big difference and what kind of tires did you put on? Are they alloy wheels? Is there excessive corrosion build up on the wheels?
