Electrical load creates poor idle

As the in the header, my car idle is very poor( low rpm) when under some electrical load, and the more load, the worse it gets.
This is for everything bar the AC and one other thing, maybe the fan? It bumps the idle up.

I want to know, is this even an issue? Maybe cars this old (20 years) Are just like this. Or maybe I have a bad earth somewhere? Or regulator?
