The tracer that has no place

So to start the tracer has no dedicated forum and if you guys don't want it here fell free to delete this "build thread/work log"

So to start it's a giant POS. But I love to bring them back from the dead.

What I have is a 92 mercury tracer lts with the 1.8l and 5speed.

She is no head turner but a good start for a sleeper I guess.

The whole reason I bought this car was the motor and transmission. Now from what I understand is most parts from the 90-94 protege will fit this so that opens up my options for suspension bits.

    Stick around for updates.

And again if admins don't want this on the page I understand.

Yeah I think it's just the strut and tie rod that are messed up

I was also going to say that the bay looks nice, whether it was cleaned up or not. That bent strut or mounting bracket or w/e is scary. Reminds me of when I saw some girls lifted truck showing off her binded coil springs; looked like a slinky going down stairs.

These cars also remind me of the early 90's Galants. Not too shabby looking.

My guess is the guy hit a bad pothole/curb because the rim also is damaged
