I have recently just taken apart my instrument gauge display (speedo/odometer). I did this to remove the orange tint behind the factory plastic and replace my bulbs with LED's.
I have completed it 99% successfully id say on my own. I removed the needles ( except fuel and temp) and replaced them fine. Now re-assembled, (had to install rev needle while engine running at my marked idle position) all needles work and my rev meter works perfectly.. however my speedometer doesnt want to move or seem to have any tension if i turn it..
Have i broken it or just fitted it incorrectly?
Extreme caution was used in removal and no breakages appeard to happen.
