Thanks for that pic, that definately gives me more of an idea what it'll take to do the upgrade

    1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
    1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

With the bj/ge lower balljoint and hub position, the hub won't be parallel with the kingpin. This will lead to the camber and toe changing as you turn the wheels.

In order to use the knuckles, you'll need to fab a new lower strut bracket that will mount the knuckle at an angle to the strut. By doing this, you should be able to rotate the knuckle and get the hub back inline with the kingpin.

The next issue will then be the steering arm.

Kia BG knuckle is almost exactly like a BG, but has caliper mounts like the BJ/GE knuckle.

Sounds like if I use the 5 bolt hub from the BJ that it'll fit in the Kia BG knuckle if they both share the same sized bearings which might be my closest option for a 5 bolt brake setup

My ultimate goal is to get speed 6 brakes on my wagon
