Radiator fan, is it working?

I've never seen my second radiator fan working, I've only seen the one going (when warm idle)

When's it ment to go, and how should I test it?

the second fan is usually turned on by the AC system. does the fan spin freely if you try and turn the blades??

Yes it spins freely.
Ok so I should idle with the AC on when warm and see what happens?

Yup, that's the A/C fan. It turns on to pull air through the condenser.

Even thow it's attached to the radiator?
Might be good to put it on with the other one for track days (says as if it's the first time anyone's every heard of it.)
