You know oh hey guys we got this done but we waiting on this. That's customer service not oh you get it when u get it "maybe then or by then end of". Its been a month they should already gave a better idea of when the shipment is coming in. What's next ready in August/Sept?

They already gave an estimated shipping timeframe of the end of July, what additional information would make you feel better? The parts are in production now... it's not like they can tell you at this point that they will ship at 2:37 PM on July 28th (for example).

I worked with Mfactory several years ago to bring the first affordable helical LSD's to market for this platform. Sure the group buy took a few months for testing & R&D changes, but I'm confident that everyone in the end (and since) received a quality product that fit and functioned as intended.

The issue is that he apparently set his summer events around a group buy, which is not what I would have done. If he needed something then, he should have bought something all ready available, ie d2 or ksport. I knew it wasn't going to be quick. So these gr2's will have to last a bit longer.

I too was in the Helical group buy. There were delays due to R&D but in the end it was definitely worth it. Its not like they're making a new type of Lego where they can be made in batches of 1000.
I live my life a quarter pounder at a time. And for those 500 calories or more, I'm free. I need FRIES! Two of them. The big ones. Oh, and I need them tonight. You're lucky the double shot of BBQ sauce didn't blow the seam on your nugget box. There she is, 2 pounds of pure beef. My dad ate it in 9.0 seconds flat. Check it out, it's like this. If I lose, winner takes my happy meal. But if I win, I take the burger and the toy. To some people, that's more important.

            Its a simple problem really.

We were entitled to believe that MFactory would follow through on their undertakings.

MFactory specified a lead time of 2 to 3 months following confirmation. MFactory had more than 5 confirmed buyers as at 26 January 2017.

I made my plans around the MFactory offer. Five months down the road MFactory hasn't delivered and refuses to commit to a delivery timeline let alone a provide the customer with a deadline.

            What is the problem MFactory?

It seems you have a production prototype so that suggests you will be working to firm planned production timeline.

Just share it...a simple solution really. Put all our minds at rest and we can get on with our build plans.

You bring a new product to the market and let us know how long it takes you. Group buys takes time if you want the 1st batch to be right. You do want your 1st set to be right, correct?

              I do.

If you are in manufacturing (or know a little about it), then you know that delays happen all the time. This is why we always give an ETA, but not a 100% confirmed date. The "E" in ETA stands for Estimated

If we gave a confirmed date but was then delayed, customers would be even more annoyed.

2-3 months following confirmation is our lead time, however, you also need to factor R&D time into this, and those who do R&D know that deadlines are anything but concrete.

R&D was completed, production has started, we gave an ETA of end of July. What else do you require?

If it is an apology for this taking longer than initially anticipated, then I sincerely apologise for the delay.

Thank you MFactory. I wasnt seeking an apology. I have been seeking information.

I am in Business. I learnt that maintaining excellent communication with my customers is essential....especially when I am holding a chunk of their coin, paid over on trust, on a promise of a future delivery.

So that means that they're still not done. Not even close to being shipped and we won't see them till September. How long does it take to make 10 sets of coilovers .. oh wait I'm pretty sure u keep adding to the order further delaying our shipping. Like c'mon. You should've been had an update from your engineers. Progress pictures or something. Like again no real updates hell show some teaser pics of finished product if there is one or pieces. Something.

No, it means I will get an update from the engineer next week. We have not added anything to our current production run. Things take time to be made

Look, I understand there has been a long delay and some frustration, and I apologise sincerely for it, but if you understand how custom manufacturing works in Taiwan, you will know it's not as simple as just wanting to make 10 sets of something and poof, it's ready

We are not here to rip anyone off, or not deliver a product. If you do not wish to wait any longer and require a refund, we will happily oblige, as there are around 5 other members who have asked for a set but we declined as we didn't have any sets left from the pre-order allocation

However, if you re-decide to purchase a set in future, it will be at the $1699.95 MSRP and not what you paid in the pre-order
