    Mazda 2 2011 AUX button doesn't work

    Hi,
I have a Mazda 2 2011 and I had a third-party radio. Recently I changed it back to the original radio that came with the car. When I changed it back I plugged all of the cables. The radio works fine, but the CD\AUX button only switches to CD and says there is no CD and doesn't switches to AUX even though I plugged 2 different AUX cables in. What can I do to resolve this problem? Thanks in advance! [emoji4]

    Welcome to CP.

I moved your thread as it asks a question rather than provides a technical discussion for which the Tech section is designed. As we do not have a Mazda2 section, I placed your thread in the General Automotive section. I hope one of our members can help you with your inquiry.

    Happy Motoring!

from what i've read is the aux jack itself fails commonly. are you 300% certain your cable is in good working order?

Before I switched to the third-party radio it worked fine. And the third-party radio didn't have AUX input so there is no reason for it to brake. It just won't switch to the AUX input it stays only on CD when I press the CD\AUX button.
