    "MAX" pressure to be expected

I am running a VJ23 with stock j-pipe to clear A/C compressor what is the "max" pressure I should expect to see using the j-pipe? I was hoping for the theoretical 23 psi it should be good for, but with the waste gate unhooked from vacuum or boost I still only get 15-18 psi depending on ambient temperature
    I'm running
    440cc injector
    walbro 255 lph fuel pump
built bottom end with wiseco, manley, ARP, and ACL goodies
it can handle the pressure but there is none.

I found that the turbo is good for 25 psi by un-bolting the down pipe from the j-pipe and taking it for a drive. It made 25 pounds with out the exhaust hooked up so now i need better exhaust.

Open up the intake and it will support 30. I ran 24psi and couldnt go higher because the Link ecu only had a 2 bar map sensor.
