Would the upgrade be almost as good if I used parts from a from a wrecker??? I used to work at one so i get used stuff ultra cheep. Also...has anyone done a rear disk swap on a '00 SE??

Parts are parts, I don't see why not assuming everything works correctly.

Rear disc swaps on our cars are slightly hard, read TheMAN's FAQ and there's a list of all the EDM parts you will need.
