Protege & Miata Enjoying a Pleasant Winter Afternoon(56K=Z5 Auto Protege) - Page 4

^ahahaha, actually I think I'll get a hair cut tomarrow. My hair is long right now...well long enough.

Yeah, it's nice living the Mazda life. Walk out the door, having a choice of BP cars to drive. Plus the rest of the inventory to look at.

And, as if it couldn't get any bigger, my dad picked up this '00 Millenium Edition Millenia S for $1,200. Yeah, $1,200...my brother was going to buy it for $2K, it needs a supercharger though the current one allows the car to drive...and it needs some other work but the exterior/interior are perfect. Silver with grey swede/leather and the big(and heavy) 17" chrome wheels. Customer's car, the person was having all of the work done then lost his job and couldn't afford the car. To add insult to that, his wife lost her job shortly there after, and the car sat up here for a few months. My brother planned on selling both of his Millenias(he was going to sell the green one anyway as that was the whole point of getting that one) to get the ME Millenia but my dad claimed that the guy was going to fix the car so he couldn't buy it. Then my dad does the switcheroo and bargains with the guy down to $1,200, pays him, puts the supercharger back together, and the car drives. Still up here at the dealership until my dad figures out everything.

Sadly, buying this Millenia means that the '88 323 will be sold. Atleast that's what he said. I wish I could keep it, and it looks like I'm still going to end up paying for the damage repair. I hope I can figure out a way to keep it, it's our longest-owned Mazda. *single tear drops onto the key board*

I really like Millenia's... your Pro' and Miata look great kid, you keep them a hell of a lot cleaner than I keep my Pro'

I guess there's not much you can do about having a fast metabolism, not to mention if you were to get into my Protege you'd instantly reduce it's curb weight by 75lbs

It doesn't matter to me. I put myself in the pictures and I figured I'd get negative comments. I know I'm ugly and am OK with it, so it's all good.

Nah, that's not it. I'm realistic. There's other men out there that would literally look up people's addresses and show up at thier house with a crow bar over thier shoulder asking "What'cha say about me?! Say it to my face!!" ready to swing. These are the asthetically egotistical people. I'm egotistical, but not about how I look. I know I'm not good looking, so why should I make up a false sense of reality to bring up my self-esteem when I can just agree with everyone and move on just as happy.

Though, I've gotten my fair share of "You're cute" comments from the ladies. I'll take what I can get.
