Bp26 Head is the only option!

Well, now i have oil in my Radiator, but the car dont gets any high temp issue, and the oil has no water on it so right now i have a crack in the head (No drugs English is my second language), so i need to change the Bp05 head, i have the option of change it with a friend that has a Bp26 Head, but as far as i know it has less flow, and i would like to know how much i will loose and all teh diferences between the Bp26 and Bp05 head.

Advise me on this one.

How much boost are you running through there and what turbo are you using? Chances are that with a small turbo you won't lose much off the top end and gain some nice torque and response in the bottom end.

if you plan on running the vj-20 for a long time, the gtx head works better on a stock gtx set-up, if going bigger turbo the n/a will be better, there was a post about this a while back.

Standard GtX turbo, boosting 10 to 11 psi.

What about porting the Bp26 head?

if you spend the time to actually port the entire blockage out of there, it would be the same as the n/a head.

drill a hole through the blockage, put somender grooves in the head, take a sanding dremel to the short side radius's & smootht hem out, then take a flex hone to the ports. that will yeild some benifits.
