License Plate Bulb Holders - $10 Shipped
One holder has a crack around the blulb holder, but the piece is still on there pretty well - I didn't mess with it. I can put some tape around it if needed. It shouldn't affect the way the bulb holds in, because it is not along the groove in which the bulb locks. Here is a picture of the crack:
