That lil thing's got a serious bad attitude!
'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.

Haven't seen much of the interior. Is it finished? Got pics?

Also Dan I'm curious to know how you like the ride. Specifically with respect to the bushings.

          Gorgeous car. Congratulations.

Looks great I'm thinking some black skirts would fit it nicely if you decide to do it.

There've been cleaner things on CP - you find some nice things when you search late at night for how other people work.

It sounds exactly like a stock MX3, nothing too fancy for now

Interior is pretty much stock MX3 with a freshly recovered RHD dash - not much to it other than that and the Prosport gauges and Pioneer audio. Comfy though, but very low, which is nice considering that my forehead was just about on the headliner with the stock 323 seats. Would have loved a GTR interior but all deals fell through as i was assembling the car.

As for the bushings, I'll post a detailed writeup after a week or so as I can really push it a bit more after the clutch and brakes bed in a bit more and the rings also seat better.

                            Amazing project, amazing photos!
Is JDM grill in required future steps?
I've bought such front mazda nameplate, but after reading and viewing CP I'm in strong doubts - search for JDM grille (rare stuff) or buy new one EDM (i.e. stock), because my one isn't pretty as a picture!

Is there a reason why you left the flares black? It may look better if same as body color...but that's just me
