1997 Kia Sephia BP (OBDII). Not sure what's going on, but I can go days without it happening and other days it happens a lot. It usually happens after running it then parking somewhere, then on restart I'll get a very rough idle until I get going. Or when I'm driving, when I come to a stop and put the clutch in it starts to do it and I get a belt slipping, but I don't know which belt is doing it. Tightened the **** out of both belts and one is still slipping. Again it happens totally at random, there's no consistency to it at all, any ideas wtf is going on?
