anyone ever use both type i have tokico hp right now and the 2 front are blown and need to replace them but for the price of 2 hp i can get 4 zx2 s/r struts

they will be used with ground controls any input would be helpful

ive never used the HP's but the s/r's seem to work great with my ground controls.

your axles may be bad. are your engine mounts bad? ball joints? tie rods?

With the car jacked up grab the sides of the wheel and shake them. If there's movement that's a good sign of bearing or tie rod failure. Grab the top and bottom and shake. If there's movement this is bearing or ball joint failure. You don't habe to shake hard. You'll feel the movement almost instantly. Hope that helps.

yea i did that and nothing maybe its just the struts but i dont see why it would feel like the axle/diff is moving even with a different transmission and intrm, shaft

the front struts were blown before i installed the coilovers found that out when i was installing them but the rears are fine even after i lowered the car

i think they blew from pulling in and out of my driveway

well my engine feels like it moves when i let off the throttle and have my hand on the shifter i feel the shifter move allot and it shouldn't do that with the es mount inserts

you must fill your mounts, inserts don't do jack really to prevent movement when compared next to a filled mount.

When my strut blew it made some pretty ridiculous noise over bumps

the noise isn't over bumps then engine and trans it self are moving even with urethane inserts
