Hi everyone! I just purchased a '98 Mazda Protege LX and have a bit of a problem that I'm hoping someone can help me out with.
The horn and cruise control are NOT working and from my search, I believe I have it narrowed down (thanks Google!) to some type of "ring" in the steering column. What I'd like to know is, how do I fix/correct this?
I'm fairly mechanically inclined (have a 700+ horsepower mustang that I've built myself) and feel this is a job that I can tackle given some instructions.
