Hello, I'm new to this forum. I've viewed before but have just registered today.
I own a 2001 gold Protege LX. I was thinking of trading it in, but have decided to keep it. It has been a great car, no problems, just the regular maintenance.
Since I'm keeping it, I have decided to do a few mods myself and this is what has led me to Club Protege.
I'm adding a set of fog lights since my LX did not come with them. I picked up a pair of OEM's at a wrecker, much less expensive. I have the switch and relay from Mazda.
The problem I have is in wiring the lights themselves. Someone cut the wires at the lights leaving me about 6 inches of wire on each. Can someone tell me how to wire them up? It seems that all the wiring is in the factory harnesses. The dash switch and relay pluggged right in but up front, I can't see or figure out where to wire them up.
If someone can help, it would be most appreciated.
