Its probably already been said but I don't have the time to search the web. My vj 20 smokes like a mother and im looking to rebuild it. Is it possible to rebuilt it without balancing it since it is a smaller turbo? If not I guess ill just be forced with just replacing the seals, seeing as that no shops around my area are capable of doing it. appreciate the folks that answer these question over and over again for time stricken boost freaks like me. Thanks!
