Holy **** my man. Awesome pictures and an awesome job! Anyone wanting to know about the AWD parts/floorpan, save these pictures!
I peered out from the castle window and looked over the splendor of ROTM county. Yes, twas' a much simpler time back then. Peasants would go about their postings, and I, the mod, would rule over them with an iron fist.

^ that looks identical to what i did in my current 323.... it should also have helped out with the sound decible level inside the car when all said & done.

Bpt323, is there a link on here for your project, enjoy looking at them as theres very little on 323gtx.co.uk, would be good if it lowered it a bit as they tend to drone a bit with a 3" exhaust, lol

Wow, very clean! I love it!! Makes me realize that I'm definitely going to have to do some cleaning of the underbody in my '90 4WD when this winter is over, to make sure the floor doesn't rust out by the tank, if the US models didn't get any undercoating there either...

Rather than slathering on grease to the hub portion of the rotor, white lithium spray grease will do the same job with only half the mess.

A few of our local garages have been using that for the past 5+ years and swear by it - never a stuck/rusted on rim.

PS - you undercarriage looks clean enough to eat off of.
