The only thing with these are the fluted lense. Ill seen people sand the flutes down and polish it so thats its clear and its pretty amazing. I want do to it with some jdm's but thats more time and money that needs to be invested as well.

I love the LX power windows and power locks. Love love love. Beats manual anyday in my book. I need to replace the ds window motor gear since it is stripped. Other than that and oil leaks, she purrs as I beat on her daily. She's really forgiving.

Upgraded the interior 6.5 speaker to kenwoods and it sounds 100% better. As soon as the ipad get a charge, i'll upload them.

I am also still looking for a v belt pully for the milli alt, so if anyone knows one that fit, please let me know. I've even tried to find two off set washers to try to make fit. Geesh this is a pain in the ass.

I also may be ordering a XS Power XP750 as a 2ndary battery as the red top and 65amp alt doesn't like the kicker 12zx700.5 full tilt so a little reserve wouldn't hurt, and since its small and sealed, that's a plus.

I also fixed my ds window. I replaced the gear with one from a MPV, but I took the ps front window gear as they generally have less wear. Works perfectly now.

Still have to fine time once it warms up to snag the motor out and replace all the gaskets and seals on the bottom on the motor, replace all the a/c compenents, get that charged, clear the air ducts, maybe replace the fan / motor, get the interior dyed all black and put the car in black primer to get it one color.

Hopefully by summer, it will look better and blow cold air.

Is the amp shutting off on you? Or do all the lights dim when you put the volume up? Im curious about the milli alternator as well

I have a analog autometer volt meter and ran to the fuse box with a 12v relay and that bad boy drops to 12 volts if the rpm is not above 1200.

If the bass notes are below 80hz, consistent and doesn't give the alt any recover time, I can be on the highway the the volts drop down.

The lights dont dim since I have a hid retrofit with oem nissan 350z / g35 coupe ballast that's all relayed up.

Hows your alternator/wp belt? Ive had one dry rotted once with the pulley rusted and it gave me a similar symptom. Also you might loose/bad ground. Either way, the alternator and big 3 upgrade should be done.

Big 3 done with 1awg. And brand new Goodyear gator belts. Trying to find a v-belt pulley that fits the kl alts. Particularly the v6 626 /v6 mx3 alt.

How much damage that was done. Tweeter placement actually works good. I need to move it and fill the hole.


The door panel cubby will be trimmed nicely when the panels are dyed black when it warms up


No finished pics for whatever reason. Also replaced the rear speakers as well.

And my dynamat extreme and dynaliner showed up as well. I may order some more while my discount pricing still applies and get the interior nice and quiet.

Added some 3feet of 5050 leds to the trunk. There was minor improvement. I bought a 15foot roll off ebay for under $10 shipped.

Getting the a/c leak fixed and charged this week hopefully. Need to retint the windows, dye the door panels, pillar panels and roof liner black, install dynamat, finish the rear deck and install car seat and rear sunshade.

Also, the al is dying, so a bosch AL4214x will find its way in the bay.
