As far a heating, the backyard guy (most of us) can just use a propane torch. I usually prop the propane torch up with the flame on the offending bolt. I usually go work on something else for ten or fifteen minutes. Then get all your tools ready, poor cold water on the part and get to work fast. The thermal shock will free the rustiest rusted parts. My MX-3 suspension made your suspension look mint. Think Titanic LOLDominic Toretto rocks a MaZda and his cell phone number starts in "(323)"

Nah, these rear spindles were from the first white EGT donor car. This is inside the front passenger wheel well - all foam baby.
For reference, these are my wheel wells.
