To start things off, there's a small video that I uploaded.
After a few cranks with the coil unplugged to build oil pressure and fuel pressure, I started it up for the first time since removing from the Escort.Donor: ...
Yeah, that's right. I finally did it.
Installed the rest of B6 the intake system. The Escort GT one was torn to crap. This stuff is like Lego.
Wired up the relay for the foglights.
Old filter vs. the longer Toyota filter. More filter = better, right?
Installed. Lots of room.
All buttoned up for tonight.
I peered out from the castle window and looked over the splendor of ROTM county. Yes, twas' a much simpler time back then. Peasants would go about their postings, and I, the mod, would rule over them with an iron fist.

With Toyota, there's two primary filters. There's the one that's the same as our, PH6607, or the longer PH7317 on some of the trucks, etc.
I just sell auto-parts (PartSource), so it was something I came across from working there.
The part numbers are right there on the photo - just print if off and get your local parts place to cross reference the number (PH7317) if you want the bigger filter.I peered out from the castle window and looked over the splendor of ROTM county. Passenger side strut installed.
Hole in driver's side wheel well fixed.
Exhaust installed.
Here's a clip of the exhaust. I'm not really impressed, but whatever. I'll fix it some other time if it gets too annoying/embarassing.
All done for the night.

Also, on your down pipe section, you will want to put some kind of support to it, from the engine block. The weight of the exhuast moving around, even with the flex section will eventually crack it otherwise. Look around your B6 and the BP both should have had something. It's just a stamped plate or two that comes down and uses a "U" clamp to hold the pipe to the plate. Nice work, you'll love the new power...
