Getting started on the wiring, and first is to clean up the existing wiring that is not engine related. Started with the wiring running inside the fenders. Pulled the old tape off inspected the wiring and re-taped it. Stopped about 6 inches from the connectors so I can clean them without ruining the tape.

Also pulled the metal brackets from the ignition coil and the ground wire so I could clean them up...

I'm going to get this BG wiring opened up and will use this as the harness for the FE3 ECU. Most wires match up, will need to add a few and move some around. Here in Canada we have this METER pinout on the ECU... I need to figure out how I'm going to make that work... The FE3 doesn't have it...

I haven't touched my car in a few weeks...Probably due to the hours I have been working, but then again probably because I'm at the wiring part and based on what I see, I'm going to have a difficult time with this. I am having these schematics converted to PDF right now, and will be getting on that really soon. I need to get this thing running... bad enough I didn't get to drive it this summer...

Started off by looking at the O2 sensor to see that the FE3 had a relay for it and the BP does not. I got stuck on that and just put things away. If anybody has input or wishes to help I would appreciate it. If it comes down to paying someone to do it, then so be it.

fe3 uses a heated 4 wire O2 versus the 1 wire non heated
the relay is simply for the power to the heated portion

are you going to replace it with a WB02?
