I have a VJ11/Tbird hybrid on my B6T...I love it. I revised the adapter design a bit it has a better lip and I removed the MWP so they look a bit different but work just as good.

Can you make 1 with a 45 degree angle? And i'll be clocked down and towards the rad so idk if you can get it right.

Turpro, I can only make straight adapters right now. It'd be very possible to take one of and cut/weld it to the desired angle though. I'd have to modify my pattern equipment in order to change it and that gets absurdly expensive very quick. Anything else I can make though let me know.

i was wondering the same thing. my 20g has no side to side but a little up and down. Im hoping its fine.

^^^^It should be. My vj11 had zero play but it also just came off a running car. This 1 I have now has been on a garage shelf(wrapped in plastic to protect it from the elements) for a yr. The guy said he was going to just put it on his 84 tbird but lost intrest in the project.

I already have a inlet flange that I can weld an elbow on so I'll pass on that piece. Just figured I'd ask if you could make one to save me the hassle of doing it. Nice piece that's for sure.

Have you ever dyno'd the hybrid? I know the mx6 guy rave over this hybrid but never seen it done to a b6t or bpt.

For those who have been following this thread and have some knowledge in this field please chime in.


I was thinking about something. Since I have another vj11 coming, is there a way to weld a divider in it so I can run an external wg? I mean is it a tough job to weld one in there? I'm just afraid that I won't be able to run the stock vj11 wg as it may hit the block. Any suggestions?
