There are various companies that make gauge pods that strap to a roll bar if you really want them there
I live my life a quarter pounder at a time. And for those 500 calories or more, I'm free. I need FRIES! Two of them. The big ones. Oh, and I need them tonight. You're lucky the double shot of BBQ sauce didn't blow the seam on your nugget box. There she is, 2 pounds of pure beef. My dad ate it in 9.0 seconds flat. Check it out, it's like this. If I lose, winner takes my happy meal. But if I win, I take the burger and the toy. To some people, that's more important.

That seal cost me 29€ .It's for rear diff.

Fuelpump and gauges are now running through ancient diff lock switch.
Exhaust is almost done.I need to go buy some bends after that middle muffler.Took a test drive and it's loud.Boost spiked about almost 19 psi.Wastegate tube is magnify'd because i didn't get my hands on smaller tubing hmm.
I started to change the front hubs, brakes, struts etc.I hope it'll correct the steering issue.I'm going to swap in 4 stud spindles and new tierods.K-sport will not fit to gtr's knuckles (8mm difference).I need to start searching parts for the rear also.

Inner diameter of gtr's wheel bearing is 42mm vs. 2wd/4wd 40mm.
I machined collets for 4 stud spindles so that they can be used with gtr's knuckles but now i can't find right disc for that combination...
Maybe i'm going circles here but i've thinked that the other option is to buy front wheels with 5 studs.
I'm open for options and keep searching for parts..
Meanwhile i installed stock insufficient brakes. Now that i know the difference between 4wd and 2wd knuckles, car handled great.

In estonia and finland you can find discs for:
323 forte BA 2.0V6 that has same front discs as gtr
323F Sport BJ 2.0 96kw also has same front discs
Thats if i remember it right

                GTR didnt have 4x100 discs.

I remeber that the GTR 323 rotors are 24mm thick and the 323f BA are only 22mm thick, i upgraded to Mazda Millenia/Xerdos 28mm rotors, all are the same Diameter of 274mm and 5 stud and appear to work well

450x230x76mm fmic is installed.I cut holes both sides and ran the pipes very close to radiator.Lower radiator hose didn't give much room.It wouldn't have make any difference to route like with longer ic,other than pipe lenght.
Stock brakes don't matter so much as we're on snow now
I have a slight chance to get whole rear brakes from uk.Unto that,i'm driving this setup.

I'm ok with it's performance. It's laggy ok,but nothing that i didn't expect.I'll tease some more power out of it later.
Anyway,it'll need some fuel corrections. It's running quite rich.Could use apexi safc2 for that but need to get into it first.

                          Back to work again.
I drive it on ice track through winter and it worked excellent.K-sport is stiff ok but sliding is also fun.Shocks lasted through cold winter which i was a bit unsure.Didn't do much except that i installed a bleed valve for fpr.I'm running afr ~12.5@1bar.

While waiting for parts,i started to repair body damages.Ice is slippery
Car is now on stands and i've gathered all the parts to complete the swap.
Bodywork got a bit out of hand as i had nothing else to do.Golf Mk2 wheel arches:

It's also gonna be a bit wider.I haven't make up my mind how to do the rear yet.

                          Rear brake parts:
