well i didn't do much on it. all my money went on my truck and house. but after Christmas there will be some big update.

Finally a update!!!!

yesterday i receive a DIYPNP megasquirt engine management systems. i still need to find out what i need and learn how that system work.


today i got the system working. i been able to load the software on the ms and communicate with tunerstudio.

now i need to learn how it work and find out what i need to make the system work with a bp.

got the harness almost done. i used the stock b6 harness, removed useless wire and i will add 4 wire tps, 4 wire distributor and gm IAT.

i be able to work on it this weekend, got the fuel tank back in with new strap. got the intercooler and modified pipe on. still need to modify the pipe from the turbo to intercooler, its too low but it will do for now.installed shifter linkage with new bushing and hand brake cable. i was just done some welding that why the pic are like that.

i did some work on it today,

new cap, new rotor, new ngk sparkplug, filled the fluid and i tested some output of the ms. tried to start the car, first time didn't work, changed some ignition setting. second try, its started. now that i know the harness is good and engine run i can put everything together correctly.
still need to find out why my temps gauge its always at max.

update:

been able to work on it the last 2 days. got the battery installed in the trunk,
got the harness cleaned in the engine bay,
got megasquirt installed under the radio
got the wideband installed and runing with ms.

now i can start working on the intake and exhaust.

the harness in the engine bay could be cleaned a little bit more but its good for this year. i like the battery setup, it clean the engine bay.

the battery box i got its from a local part store.

more stuff done on the car. got the exhaust done. just need to clean the weld and paint it. got the magnaflow muffler on. also make a intake pipe for the turbo inlet.









here a sound clip of the muffler. sound sometime weird its because ms its not tuned correctly.
