Ditch that narrow band air/fuel gauge. It's useless. Not trying to be an asshole just trying to tell you the truth

I'll tell you exactly what that POS gauge is going to do.

Idle= bouncing up and down from rich to lean
wot or any amount of throttle= rich

        Like I said....Ditch it.

Well everything is in but there was a few complications along the way

Me, trailrider098 and my buddy lou started it off around 8 am and by 930 the NA motor and tranny were out

Soon there after the new 86k motor got the oil pan swapped, all the vac/coolant lines run, the alum flywheel and the clutch....

Unfortunately no pics of the intercooler piping... but its definately sleeper.... NO piping is visible up front AND I managed to keep the fog lights.... but dont ask how lol

            WHERES THE INTERCOOLER?? lol

Its not out terrorizing the streets yet... got a leak at a coolant "T" going to the turbo and also at the T-stat housing.....

Also need to fab up an intake pipe from VAM to turbo but that will all be done 2moro

ITS RUNNING!!!!! after fixing the leaks and making up a VAF-Inlet pipe ITS RUNNING!!! its got some minor issues, tho it is driveable and boostable....

Problem #1: Anything over 3k RPM and let off for it to come back to Idle... it stalls....

Problem #2 Cant go WOT from lower RPM Range... If i do it sputters, and feels like its holding back pretty bad... If I go ¼ throttle untill about 4krpm then i can gradually put it down no problems..... but at no point can you just stab the pedal

found problem #1, blow off valve is slow to close. so after it opens and blows off it closes slow and creating a vacume leak till it is fully closed. and since the engine speed is already decreasing quickly the vacume leak stalls it out. also the lightened allum flywheel dosent help keep the engine turning.

problem 2 seems kinda like a high pressure only boost leak. like a connector that has a slice in it and holds vacume and low boost but spreads open under +3psi boost

well it seems like both problems may be related to the BOV not closing properly... If i hit boost in 1st, shift into 2nd and get back into boost its blowing off while on the throttle very slightly so ill try to tweak that BOV to see what happens tomorrow
