Yanked the cluster from a B8 Protege. Everything works like a charm. Also removed the little green condoms off of the Illumination bulbs and now it lights up a bit brighter and a little less green.

Gave the paint some luvin'.
Hand washed it for the first time today. Cleaned up some of the paint with some rubbing compound.
You can see how bad it was. I was getting tons of crap to come off:
