does the pump prime when key on after sitting for a bit ? is it getting power when cranking ?

When the keys on for a bit, I don't hear the pump come on at all. Im not sure what you mean by bypass/jumper fuel pump relay. find the fuel pump relay- it has a trigger & a ground on one side of the relay. a through power circuit on the other side.

Have you tried the fuel pump cut off in the trunk? That might have been tripped, so its been asked already. How about the vaf meter? It controls the fuel. Make sure its plugged in all the way.Cincinnati, ohio Bengals for life

NO have not tried the VAF yet, a guy over on Feoa.net said the same thing. Ok, we checked everthing with the test light and found that everything is good except the fuel pump, so I'm going to replace the fuel pump and fuel filter this weekend and hopefully thats all. Please fire, please!!!!!

Ok, we have spark, we have fuel, the only thing left is that maybe the timing is off! I think!

Well it turns out that we did the timing wrong and I had the firing order screwed up.
My buddy at work was able to figure it out after doing the timing all over again and found the issues with the wires.
She now fires up on the first time every time and is running real good!!
Now to get it on the road I have o replace a few things, and then off I'll go.
Thanx everyone for the input and ideas to get her back on the road.
I'll be posting new pics once she is back on the road and I have my new wheels installed.

I've noticed the other day that driving it around my companies property that the shifter is real tight.
If i were to spray some lube on the bushings would that loosen tem up?
