nice! I think we're the only Canadians who want to be able to eat a meal off our engines.

Ah... dont mis read me ... I like all the detail and go fast goodies.

When I have the money / time it will be boosted :0)

I guess its just being " Canadain "

We have lots of time in the winters to putter around the garage, as we dont drive our " summer " cars.

Hence we have a sort of syndrome happen to us ... we think too much and tinker , detail , tweak everything .

Or its just me LMAO !!

Yeah, don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing but winters are getting shorter. Less time for major projects but more time to enjoy the ride...

That's a great looking engine 323... How did you get all the small secondary engine parts so clean?

@ Willyb... the smaller parts I just had to send hours of detail sanding and with a dremel tool to clean them and then I paint every last piece !!

So, there wasn't any fast way about it ... its was all time consuming hours of work that got me the clean results .

I got my front Struts / Camber Plates / Helper Springs all buttoned up over the weekend .....
just waiting for some suspension dust boots to finish them off before installing ..

I had to machine up all new top cap inserts and spring spacer to make it all work .

Then I had some extra time, so I decided to clean up the front of the engine bay area.
I was all prepared to install the cross member and all the lower suspension and noticed
a number of small areas which had starting spots of rust. So I couldn't see myself putting
it all back together with the rust potential eating away the front end.

I did the lower front area which you will never see once all the front end is back on it , but
as an after thought I did the whole front end after I shot these pics. I will post a finished pic
with it all newly painted once I strip away the paper/tape .

thanks for the porn lol, those coilover sleeves turned out awesome man. So what are the specs of the old spacers you couldn't use? Not setup for 2.5" ID springs?
