@M323 ... the rear wing ???? Hmmm not sure as of yet . Its going to take some work to get it to mount correctly.

The original nut and bolts have rusted up soild inside the wing ... So I am going to fabricate something to replace it .

Plus I was thinking of making a middle support for it , as they always sag in the middle over time.

The other thing to is the paint on it is so hard and thick I am having a bitch of a time cleaning it so I can even prep
          it for painting.

So I have gotten some progress done on the rear endlinks.

And seeing that spring is approaching...I need to get moving !! I want to drive this thing !!

I had to do a litle fabricating on the end links , hope this design will work out .. time will tell .

wow that's a crazy setup, looks like the endlink bushings are a bit stressed, or is the car still on jack stands? lol

Plan on getting a GTX/GTR rear bumper someday? Would love to see one on your car. I just personalty hate the US rear bumper.
I love all the meticulous work you've put into your ride!
                  ?

Plus I got a special deilvery today ... My GTR engine !!!!!

Will be tearing into it to see if there is any major issues I will have to address.

I quickly checked out the plugs and down cylinders , took off the valve cover to check the cam lobes..

So far so good ! ....

The only bad is, there is damage to the throttle postioning sensor on the throttle body, but I will be changing it anyways to the VTPS one from Bosch ( from the BMW's )

Hopefully I will get to seperate the tranny from the engine this weekend and take a look at the bottom end .

I have started to tear down the motor today..

Got the wiring loom all labeled and taken off, A/C pump off, Intake piping Off, Misc Hoses for Rad ,Heater and remote oil filter.

I am going to start on carefully taking out the rusted bolts for the heat sheilds.. 10 in total .

I am sure some are going to break off !!! time to break out the torch and heat the bolts carfully and turn slowly.

Then the onto the major stuff, Head, Intake, Exhaust manifold /turbo .. but I need to get it up on to an engine stand

got to love that vin plate!! you should put that in a frame for when you go to car meets/shows. That's probably more rare to find than the drivetrain! LOL
