    @ Concealer404.

The pedal assembly was fully dismantled, then sand blasted.

Once that was done it was prepped for painting.

Primered and shot silver , the arms painted black.

Then reassembled with new pedal pads and good condition
    zinc plated hardware.

Ah ok, thanks! Wasn't sure if it was painted or not... almost looked raw/natural. Very cool!

Havent gotten much done to the GTR motor build but I did get the last item for my bottom end all prepped.

The oil pan :0) .... Its like a mirror. Its completely polished like the turbo housing.

Time for some suspension tweaks.. Bigger ZX2 front sway bar and higher front & rear speing rates.

550-500 fronts, 400 rears. Going to try this combo.

These changes along with jims front and rear strut bars ( with triangluation )

First big step done .. Subframe is out and bigger sway bar installed.

                      Hey 323 Permin,
First of all, my copmliments for all the work done!
I've been reading the whole tread, because i'm going to do the same clean job applying a PB block in my mazda 323F BG 8v (with the pop up headlights)
I'm not planning on racing it so i am thinking about using the f series gearbox. (lower rpm in 5th) (do or don't?)
But where did you get the following parts?
                      *original decals (GT)
                      *Shiney exhaust header (LOVE IT!!!)
And what parts did u replace in the BP block and where did u get them?
I might have more questions but i ask them when they "pop up".
Or if somebody knows places where i can order BG stuff, tell me.

Good luck on the turbo enging!
I'm loking forward on the updates!

Been awhile since I have posted here.... The car is still running strong and a work in progress.

Life and new additions to the Mazda collection ( got me a JDM GTR and a JDM 4 door BG GTX ) has taken time and money away from what I still want to do to the car.

Well first off the stock suspension on both the Gtx and Gtr is quit abit stiffer, especially the GTR.

I like how the vj20 in the GTX spools up so quickly, unlike the GTR having boost in the higher Rpm.

Not sure how the Usdm 4wd cable/shifters feel, but not as sharp as the fwd shifter.

Have yet to take either to the Autox track, hopefully this summer will toss either one around.
