Not really sure about your Tracer Wagon ?? but if you can fit a 323/Protege BG rear strut bar of any brand on your Tracer .. then I would think it would fit .

Thanks Dan .... I know from your project that you can see all the hours spent on the finer details.

Its a nice project for me, as I get to play around at my leasure and my father gets his hands in on it to. He likes it when I come up with ideas which involve machining ... he was a machinist long ago. We have a lathe, a milling machine and a bunch of other goodies at our disposal . So we have fun engineering and making things .

I am near the point all the components are ready for final assembly. So Its going to be great to have it on the road in spring .

Nice job lookin purdy as. Having just caught up with your thread, im getting some re-education on what a clean BG is and also how much of a job was it to remove the rear subframe?

                              Comment

@ Fossiltx3... removal of the subframe is quite easy . Disconnect the e-brake cable , Disconnect the brake lines and t-fitting on subframe , unbolt the trailing arms to body , unbolt the four studs on the upper rear struts and finally the 4 bolts holding the subframe to the body of the car. That should be it .... I dont think I left anything out
