    Newest paint schedule date is this friday, 2/5. It's starting to sound like a broken record by now.

    I'm mixing the paint tomorrow. Dark Silver Metallic...mmmmm...

          no silvers are easy to blend.. tri-coats like pearl whites are hard to blend

                      Pics were taken about 15 min. after spraying. Guns were Sata 3000 series, 1.3 tip for the paint, 1.4 for the clear. 3.5 coats for the color, 3 for the clear.

                      Monday I'll polish it so it can really pop. Love the metallic in it, love the color I picked.

                      I'm happy after a very long and tiring day....

                        I just read the entire thread. Spectacular vision Dan. Definately big-time fabrication. I'm still a small-time modifier. If you do go rotary in the future that would be interesting. I'm waiting to modify my recently purchased 87 rx7. I hope I can do half as good a job to the rx7 as you have done to your 323. I'm eager to see the start-up video for this car! Good luck getting her to fire soon!
