Hello guys, is anyone still making or has some available of the adapter plates for toyota box conversion. And what box do the plates suit (camry/gt4?) Ive spoken to soul/ben and hes said to go to clubprotege to find one.

There are a few plates still floating around (I have one but not for sale). Make a post in the parts wanted section. I'm sure some one will chime in who's willing to part with theirs.
The plates that were offered by Jon fit the E series gear boxes. Camry, Celica-GT4, Mr2.

So this fall I picked up a GTR long block with the goal being to revive my EGT again in the spring. It has been parked for a couple years due to a partially melted piston. It burns enough oil that it won’t pass emissions, so I couldn’t renew the registration.

I’ve also gotten my hands on an E154F out of an ST205 Alltrac. I’m planning to hoist that into the engine bay while the car is apart (with no engine attached) and see how close it comes to bolting in with my mounts. Basically, I need to see how far up I’d have to move the steering rack, and how much I’d need to modify the front subframe.

Just in case the steering rack situation seems manageable... I have also sourced some 4WD Protégé rear spindles, and I have cross-referenced my ass off and found an inexpensive USDM source for a rear diff, axles, and driveshaft which are all compatible with the ST205 transmission…

Oh yeah, and I’m picking up a cheap used Holset turbo tomorrow.

Foster's did have a Camry or Corolla alltrac the last time i was there... like 7-8 years ago maybe? There's a very good chance it's still there, knowing that place. I wonder if they still have that mx3 v6 and my friends old white 240sx...

Good guess, Rav4 parts are correct. 2x drivers side rear axles, diff, and driveshaft. The only thing i'm not 100% sure will work is the length of the driveshaft.

There should be driveshaft shops locally that can build that relatively cheap if you have a stocker to rob the ends from.

Yep that's the plan, there is a well known place locally called Overland Driveshaft who I'll probably use if anything has to be shortened or lengthened. The Rav4 uses a 2-piece shaft so i'd probably just have them modify the shorter rear shaft.
