    Sarge, I had a set on my last wagon but haven't been able to find a decent pair the last few times I've been to the yard. Definitely on the list though.

        Rebuilding what motor, the pile of crap 1.9 in there? Nope. Keep backpedaling though, it's pretty amusing.

        Better yet, stop posting. Go sit in the corner with that moron escorts united, you guys can talk about whatever it is that the mentally handicapped talk about... colors, shapes, having to go through life wearing a helmet, whatever.

              yeah, when you want to play in the snow with the car that needs some work, then it dumps a foot on you overnight, and you don't have an indoor area to work, it's just about makes your head explode with frustration.

                    oh, so remember this?

                    did a timing belt/water pump swap last weekend, now it makes interesting noises. therefore, this car will be different in a month or so. it's getting some sort of BP with a G-series, so for the sake of my sanity, I'm just gonna make a list of stuff I need to figure out/buy to be organized... any comments/suggestions from people who've done an auto-to-manual swap would be appreciated

                    ===
                    clutch master (Miata?)
                    motor mounts?
                    BP MTX harness (modified for ECU probably)
                    clutch interlock switch? (rewire from automatic brake lockout whatever?)
                    MTX pedal set
                    heater hoses
                    motor/trans/axles obviously
                    shift lever/linkage

                    what am I missing?

                      The actual mounts are the same between auto and manual. The brackets are what are different. Although now that I think about it, the passenger side tranny mount may be different, but the other 3 are the same.

                        True, but keep in mind I'm going from 1.9L/auto to BP/manual... I *should* have that driver's trans mount around, I know the 1.9 and BP use the same passenger mount (and I have one from JRally to use), I just wasn't sure about the front and rear mounts... I'd buy some from AWR, but this car is getting an E153 at some point so it doesn't really make sense to spend the money.

                            Honestly, I'm more concerned with the wiring for different stuff than with actually making this fit.
