So I'm going with a TO4E turbo. I was looking at the 60+1 and it's a monster for what I want for power. I think if I boosted to 15psi I will see 260whp...

Will a 3" turbo back exhaust be too big for a T04E? Some people are telling me to go with a 2.5" exhaust... need advice

I might do this design since the other one would of been difficult and expensive to make, plus this one wont have clearance issues

3" Should work. Couple of guys with Tercels/Starlets have similar setups on the 4EFTE (so says my bro), and that's just a 1.3L... So I think it should be fine. Just run a lil extra boost to make sure

I have a 3" exhaust in my bpt from turbo to somewhat where the rear seats are, then 2,5" to back and works fine. Haven't tried 2,5" all the way though.

i will be using a 2.5" turboback because i wont have a turbo forever and might want to return n/a at some point it helps to plan ahead as to not have to build a new exhaust or spend more money when that time comes
