What did you have to get to make the head swap complete on the b8 block. I have a b8 as a daily driver and i wanna put the head on but downtime is my enemy as this is my dd? Help neeeded sorry for thread derailment lol.

BTW are you still running the b8 bottom half?

I had just changed the spark plugs and put them back without organizing it lol....

Krush- no its no longer the b8 bottom end.... All you need is th bp head, intake and exhaust manifold, ecu, injectors, vaf, and bp head studs. I bought ARP studs and gasket kit from ebay and the motor ran strong about the same as a regular n/a BP...

323 permin- i bought the intercooler from a friend, it has no name brand on it, its 2.25 inlet and piping... Ill will check the size and i will let you know

never seen anyone mount their fmic up that high before... Nice build

Ive seen someone else do that to a BG too but with bigger fmic..... Also the bumper covers it and cant be seen lol.. and to mount it there i had to make a hole in the radiator support

Bad placement. Air needs to travel thru the fins to cool the air going thru it.
