I did trim the bumper a bit , its barely noticable. The first day i drove it, i drove with no bumper lol, then i put the bumper.back on and it.felt the same... Im sure its getting enough air, but ive been thinking about making a hole on the bumper just to make sure..

you could also make some ducting to ensure that air gets directed through the IC rather than around it

what's the crash guard look like now with the intercooler? I agree some ducting would benefit (tin would work well), maybe even a small pull/push fan to get some air circulation going on...love that you don't have to worry about curbs and intercoolers and cutting your bumper to make it fit haha.

No crash guard.... It was broken when i got in an accident, the bumper also has crack. The radiator support is also damaged too, but a crash guard can be modified to fit but i also did the "short bumper mod"... When i get another bumper i will figure it out.... The front does sit kinda low and Boston doesnt have the greatest roads, so the FMIC sitting that high is a good thing....

what are you running right now? I'd just try to avoid super stiff spring rates like I have in the rear (front is pretty neutral for bumps with the ST lowering springs)

Kyb struts with dropzone coilovers... I bought them brand new and the strut mounts as well about 3 years ago but the struts feel like they need to be replaced soon....

well nevermind then haha, dropzones are double my spring current spring rates! haha if you can tolerate those, then you can handle anything.

MP have you ever been in a civic with cut springs or cheap coilovers? Once you do, you can tolerate anything lmfao....

kinda! Rode around in my BG with the same spring rates as your Dropzones (450f, 350r) and it was a nightmare lol felt every single rock on the road, not to mention going on a washboard ride with the cracks haha

Well i did a compression test 200-200-20-200... It needs rings for the third cylinder, so if im gonna take it apart i might as well rebuild it, but now idk if i wanna keep the shell. It has frame damage, and needs body work. I recently found a door now it just needs paint... The only good thing is that this shell has no rust...so should i keep it or look for another one??

                                No rust = keeper.

However, frame damage on a unibody is like death. Can never get perfectly straightened out. If the car still drives straight, then I would keep it.
