It's the factory original 1994 starter from my old escort lol, 17 years old and still kicking, though not very well these past few weeks. I'd say it's lived a long productive life well past it's expiration date.

wow! did that thing last or what! If you're getting another used starter (if you don't have a replacement) basically any 4cyl Mazda starter will swap on, I've even fitted a b2600i truck starter lol.

The new starter showed up today, time to swap that out and get some **** done tonight while Shawn's out back smoking some meat for St. Patty's day :D

More street tuning done, harness 99.9% complete and loomed, some minor bugs have been worked out, fuel pump is showing signs of impending doom the walbro is only a few years old and already going bad.. Things left to do, wire my tach back up, connect the boost solenoid to the MS harness, and tweak the COPs, moaaaar street tuning and then even more.. Once I'm happy with the DD map that we've been working on, I'll be hitting the dyno for some power tuning. I can tell you that it feels more alive and peppy running the MS compared to the GTX ecu and I'm definitely making quite a bit more power than what I made at Flyrtle just on our simple street tunes.

Updates> factory tach now works with MS, MS board is nearing the end of beta tests/prototyping, and a few other things I can't think of atm.

Been working on designing a nice snug fitting tubular "rams horn" style manifold for myself to replace my ewg gtx manifold. If you have me added on FB, you'll know what exactly I'm doing/talking about

Picked up some mx3 Recaros for it which I will be dyeing, sadly, I'm still going to need a driverside lower skin before this can happen.
