That sounds Kool........although it gives me very bad ideas LOL. I had a similar idea, I was thinking of building a Aerial Atom style car powered by a proper power plant (KLZE).

Back to reality, I am continuing my wrong wheel drive fight against physics LOL

Bought a couple of matching wheels to put my 225/50/15 drag radials on.

Got a bottle warmer to maintain the optimum nitrous bottle pressure of 900-1000 psi.

I bought a gauge to monitor the nitrous pressure.

Really good. I was concerned about it at first, but now that it is free from the dangers of my garage it is holding up really well.

Put a new Aeromotive Stealth 340 ful pump in the MX-326GS tonight.

I was concerned about the stock MX-3 parts car fuel pump which was of unkown vintage and origin. If you run out of fuel while using nitrous, the nitrous uses your engine as fuel which will ruin your whole day.

The pump was a tad too long.

I chopped the inlet tube down about a half an inch.

I had to remove the sender to make room for the cutter.

Cleaned up the cut with a small wire brush on my drill.

The stock rubber band?! had seen better days. Although the pump did not seem to be going anywhere, I put two plastic ties on it for good measure.

The sock that came with the pump was tricky to get back into the tank, If I were to go in there again, I would but the stock pump sock back on.

Been trashing on the 326 to get it ready to race on Sunday. I am not sure how, but the 225/50/15 drag radials don't rub.

                  Sqeeze and poke? LOL

Big 'n' littles wrong wheel drive style. 225/50/15 front & 205/50/15 rear ;-)

I had the tires kickin' around so I thought I would try them, they were too tall, the car felt sluggish with them on. My 60' improved, but the ET and MPH suffered, I am going to order Mickey Thompson ET Streets in 205/50/15. The BFG 225/50/15 Marshmallow have already been sold ;-) (My friends Focus Turbo, that I pumped) LOL

Hey Imachu , do you think I can use the mx3 v6 automatic for part when swapping KL into the 323? Or it must be strictly V6MT. Thanks and very nice work .

Crazycanadian: Well it was like 1000 degrees in the shade on race day, I think the track official said it the best. He asked me which lane I wanted. I said: I dunno, which ones better? "They're both sheot" he said. LOL I was happy though, I beat a WRX, a Silvia and best of all my friends Focus. The Focus is Turbo charged and dynoed ‎281.8whp and 250.9wtq.

9rider: Sorry for the late reply. The 323 and the MX-3 have a very similar floor. You could build an automatic 326 no problem. It would be a bolt in deal. Not to sound like a broken record on this swap, but I feel a MX-3 V6 parts car is a must. The only custom parts on my car are:
The rad and rad hoses (both off the shelf aftermarket parts)
The MX-6 master cyl and remote fluid reservoir, brake lines, (if you choose to do a straight neck KLZE)
The battery, you could just mount a normal size battery in the hatch also.

I am surprised with your drag radials you weren't getting a better launch... I would have thought for sure you could get it down to a 2.0 or lower 60 foot... How are you launching the car??

Last time I was out I was running a 225/50/14" Kumo V710.. Its an autocross slick with a really stiff side wall aired down to 10psi... My 60' on my best time was a 2.118... with 3 others runs 2.1's as well...
