Pascal's Law states that, because fluids are virtually non-compressible, any force applied to a closed hydraulic system will be felt equally and instantly throughout the entire system.
I wish Pascal did a performance test with all pressure indicator to the 4 corners like I did so many times, there's no system that recirculate the oil in a common break system like an industrial one. Pressure won't be applied equal in the same amount of time from left to right. You only need to read a little more about that. Your car will tend to go right or left while hard breaking, seems like only time can confrim though...
Good luck!

Thanks. They look like "rubber brake lines", but they were engineered to do what they are doing-carry brake fluid. (Wilwood remote brake reservoir hose). The fittings will hold up to 250 PSI and there is actually a slight vacuum on them, so the "nice paint work" will be very safe.
good to know. i like the positioning of the adjuster. i would think that would hit something.

It won't hit my seat or my feet. Do you mean the bottom of the valve? Considered making a little skid plate for it. My car only has a MX-3 Eibach Pro Kit in it so it is not very low to the ground.

Well the moment of truth came tonight. I poured the brake fluid in and..........there are no leaks! Those who have made numerous flares will know what a victory it is when, all the flares don't leak. Took a while to bleed the system, but the pedal is rock hard now. (everything was new and dry). Bought way too much brake fluid (I am used to big old Fords). Speaking of pedals, I found my missing gas pedal in a box of interior parts. It was really rusty and needed a full restoration. I chopped a bit off of it so the MOMO pedal pad would fit better. I cleaned up and painted the metal parts of the parking brake cable and parking brake handle too. The parking brake cables are straight off the MX-3, they actually are not seized. Must of been the 1" layer of goo on them. I bathed them in the varsol tank for an hour, now they are touchable without saying "ew". Painted the thing-a-ma-jig that goes around the steering column that bolts to the firewall too.

I laugh in the face of wheel bearing failure. I am a wheel bearing rebel.
Had a busy weekend, managed to work on the car for a few hours though. I got the parking brake cables, gas pedal and steering column surround installed.

Years of getting slimmed dismantling cars at the wrecker, I just like everything clean. Clean cars are much nicer to work on, no tetanus shot, stitches or a varsol shower needed after working on a clean car. Going to paint everything a nice tidy shade of flat black.

Bought adapters to go from 5/16" to 3/8" fuel line. I think the were intended for nylon fuel line, but they worked great as adapters.
Put the tank in and ran 3/8" aluminum line for the supply and return line.
Painted the steering column and but it back together. Took a while to figure it out. I chose the MX-3 column because it has multi-speed delay wipers. Had to remove the cruise control stuff out of the column to get the Grant Wheel to fit on.
I put the heater back together which was fun because i had three cars worth of ducting to sort though. Got it all figured out though.
Painted the dash, it turned out really well. Much better then I expected. My hopes were it would not be bluey green anymore LOL. I am going to paint the whole interior now. (Duplicolor interior paint, satin black)
I put the dash and the column back in. I am missing the lower bracket for the MX-3 column.
The MX-3 had a new filler neck, and it looked the same as the rusted-out 323 ones. It's not, and I already threw out the 323 filler necks Decided to modify the MX-3 one to fit. Cut a bunch of brackets off it and shortened it a couple of inches. I am going to spice it back together with filler neck hose. I took the bag-pipe looking smog crap off of it too.
