yea it's silly, i have your downpipe flange and smokes boost gauge at UPS waiting, so idk how they got those charges? usually i don't get charged duty unless the cost exceeds $100 lol.

FINALLY GOT THE REAR SWAYBAR BOLTED IN **** YES IN YOUR FACE ADDCO haha. It look a lot of work, but she's finally installed nice and clean. I think i'll have to adjust the tension on the endlinks down the road...nothing major tho!

Stripped all the primer off the car left by Joseph, not sure where there was so much for such small areas lol, can barely see the paint chips it was covering up!

Also mounted all my gauges in the car, I'm just not sure which gauge should go where...

I have one pillar mounted, and 2 that will be mounted on the upper steering column cover. I have matching Autometer boost & oil psi so i'm thinking they should go on the column cover...thoughts?

Also today a friend is coming to help, hopefully we can pull the LCAs and press the ES bushings in. I should order the ES swaybar stuff so i can button up the front end since the rear is done for now minus spec-ing the rear brakes and adjusting the cables.

also i'm finally on the hunt for a BP, got a WTB add up on here and Feoa, so far i've gotten a few bites! My friend Adam (Silex) has a 163km BP, fogged and on a stand he can sell me...so i might snag it!

All i really need to install the engine is a gasket kit (cheaper than both crank seals @ mazda lolz) , flywheel machined, and swap over to my GTX oil pan...then she can sit til everything else is ready basically.

OH also picking up a GTX heat shield and GTX RHD harness in about 2 weeks or so that with a GTX ECU & Y or B VAF = plug and play bitches!

no pictures atm still can't find my camera for some odd reason.

anyways, dropped the lower control arms and pressed the new ES bushings in, took a bit of work but me and my friend Alyosha were successful lol, showed that little vise who's boss.

also finished the rear end of the car, everything is bolted into place so i started cleaning up the brakes and inner wheel well. So far the rear left is done...silver caliper and bracket, red pads, and black wells, turned out real nice...pics soon hopefully lol.

also noticed both balljoint boots are SCREWED, so i'm just going to replace them while they're out...might as well! I'd do the tie rods if i didn't want to get an alignment lol...maybe when i do the sleeve kit then i'll do inners/outters at the same time...

this blows not being able to find my camera!!!!

today did lots of stuff!

disassembled the right rear brake assembly and painted everything the same as the left.

also went to the wreckers today to measure the spoiler holes...so on that note i marked the trunk and proceeded to drill holes in my rust free trunk!!!! haha it went ok though...spoiler is mounted and 100% aligned and looks sexy as hell!

Also hooked up the rear speakers, clipped the 3rd brake line plug (have to extend wires to reach the spoiler wires.

Dropped the license plate harness and everything...turns out the 323 harness plugs right into it lol, so i have LOTS of wiring to play with so no extending there.

Over all it was a good day on the car, everything went smoothly!

well looks like you'll have to keep waiting i searched for 3hrs today and NOTHING! stripped the car, tore through the house, completely cleaned my garage...and could find nothing. I'm thinking someone stole it from the car when it was parked at a friends...it was unlocked for about 12 minutes lol.

today i installed the poly filled rear mount on the transmission, also zapped the balljoints off the control arms, aaaaaaand ya cut the grass lol.

Well did more stuff today!

I disassembled the front brake assemblies and cleaned/painted them, since i was there i inspected the wheel bearings since Joseph stored the car without axles in the bearings...and yeeeep bearings have a flat spot lol...

also the front right balljoint was 90% shot haha, and the right tie rod is a little loose and has no dust boot

ALSO!!!! I fixed my "issue" with the Addco rear bar, I lifted the rear spindles to see what would happen under load and all the bushings just popped into place!!! So i re-greased everything and tightened them down to Addco's install guide which was

"tighten til the center spacer can no longer turn by hand"

kind of a lame guide, so i made sure i couldn't spin the spacer, then cranked it 3/4 a turn. haha.
